Using the reformers, jump boards and spring boards, get a total body workout using spring resistance to enhance control over the exercise.
A high paced, yet personal group class, Circuit Pilates is open to 4 participants. Previous reformer training is recommended.
Stretch & Flex is a low intensity, 30 minute class designed to engage and release tight muscles in an easy flow of simple movements sampling from yoga and Pilates.
Packages include all classes except JUMP and CIRCUIT PILATES
