The Studio on Pope's Island offers yoga classes; focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance to offer a physically invigorating yoga practice. Classes are 60 minutes long and for all levels - from beginner to advanced! The setting at SPI encourages joyful expression with mindful movement. Deep inhales and exhales promote a sense of unity and community among the practitioners. Nicole guides classes designed to reinvigorate the mind, body, and soul, naturally relieving stress, building immunity and endurance. Please bring a mat! We also have mats available to buy!
Joseph Pilates designed his method to build strength and flexibility. Mat Pilates is practiced with no external props, using only breath, body weight and gravity. With precise performance of his exercises the body's physical physiological effects become immediately apparent. As Mr. Pilates said, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see a difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body. This high energy, low-impact class is perfect for the cardio junkie. Use the Pilates jump board for 25 minutes to facilitate plyometric movement against spring tension (rather than gravity) and experience an aerobic workout that won’t stress the joints. Wine Down Wednesday Yoga
This class is designed to relieve stress while holding poses and sipping on your favorite wine! We will stretch, relax and breathe through an all-levels Vinyasa class with your favorite wine in hand. Please bring a mat! We also have mats available to buy!

This class is 30 minutes of Pilates and 30 minutes of Yoga. In one hour, enjoy the benefits of two great movement practices free of major deviations from the original methods. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility and control needed to execute proper technique. Each class will emphasize barre exercises and may also include a combination of center floor work and across the floor combinations.
